Single out new Clients that get added on old saved lists, with same criteria

Hi, would be great that on saved Client criteria I could get singled out ONLY the new added persons to the same list criteria. That way I can see, week month on month only the new ones that end up on the same list, criteria, saving me time and not have to go through the old list to spot the new clients.
